What We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our websites. This includes information provided when subscribing to our services (for example to receive information from us), posting material or requesting further information. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion online and when you report a problem with our Site.

  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

Through our Services, Healthy Habits LLC may allow Third Party advertising partners to set tracking tools (e.g., cookies) to collect information regarding your activities (e.g., your IP address, page(s) visited, time of day). We may also share such de-identified information as well as selected Personal Information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) we have collected with Third Party advertising partners. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding Wholy Dose and our Services and you will not be able to opt out of these communications (e.g., communications regarding our updated to our Terms or this Privacy Policy).

Your Rights

In some countries, you may have the right to exercise a number of legal rights in relation to restricting the processing of your personal information that we hold about you.
